Appointment Cancellation Policy
We require 24 hours notice for the cancellations of your scheduled services. We will ask for your Credit card information when you call to book appointments.
Clients Canceling within less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will be required to pay 50% of the service you book.
Please understand no-show or last-minute cancellations which can be very frustrating and financially damaging for technicians and business owners. Thank you for understanding.
Nail Fix
AT QUINN NAIL SPA, OUR NUMBER 1 PRIORITY IS CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.

Regular Manicure
Regular Polish is a short term polish that we do not guarantee. For longer lasting polish, we do recommend gel polish and UV hard gel.
Gel Polish
Gel is a long lasting polish that we guarantee for 10 days only if the polish was applied along with a manicure. If your gel manicure chips within 10 days, please let us know right away so that we can arrange a fix for you. Please go back to Quinn Spa. Please be prepare to let us know, the day you came and the technician that worked on you.
Appointments
Please contact a salon coordinator if it appears that you are going to be late to an appointment. If you are expecting to be more than ten minutes late we cannot guarantee completion of the services booked, but as always, we’ll make every effort to do so.
Personal Items
QUINN Spa is not responsible for personal items that have been damaged at our salons. Please be extra careful when handling polishes.
Gratuities
Unfortunately we are unable to add gratuities for technicians to credit, debit, or gift cards. We do, however, provide an on-site ATM machine for your convenience.
Quinn Quinn Nail Spa
QUINN Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash, nor will cash be given in exchange for unused balances. Gift certificates are non-refundable, but they are transferable. Additionally, Quinn is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged cards or any unauthorized card use. Lastly, gift cards expires two years from the date of purchase.
Refunds
Services are non-refundable. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your service, we will be more than happy to fix it for you. Please do not hesitate to let our front desk or an on-site manager know of any concerns. We're here to help!
